Job description This role will provide reporting, analysis, and insightful guidance, to the sales leadership for Naukri.com. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys getting into the details of data, is willing to take up initiatives, and additionally provides ad-hoc deep dives to support business needs or provide meaningful insights to the business. Responsibilities Partner closely with Sales leaders and their teams and deliver state-of-the-art sales analytics. Analyze sales data, product performance, etc to deliver insights that will help the sales team drive higher revenue, client retention, and sales productivity Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and contribute to Branch Reviews, account reviews, etc. Develop various sales analyses like Sales Productivity, Product Penetration, etc. to help the leadership team tactfully uncover victories and focus areas for a Branch. Providing meaningful data/metrics important to generate business insights and identification of potential opportunities to aid in the growth of business Independently drive projects with other stakeholders such as sales, marketing and product team to ensure that objective is achieved and serves the appropriate purposes within stipulated timelines Support and set up new analyses / approaches / metrics important and relevant for Sales leaders as the market and business evolves and new products are launched. Requisite Skills and Experience 5-6 years of experience in sales reporting & analysis or similar roles with an MBA from a reputed institute Organized, detail oriented, self-starter and able to deal with ambiguity Attention to detail and quality to ensure accuracy of analyses Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis Good working knowledge of advanced excel and SQL queries, Power BI and comfort to learn required Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
