Job Description: Business Finance

We are seeking a dynamic Business Finance professional to drive revenue management, category profitability, cost optimization, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-own sales targets and analyze demand vs. sales to optimize revenue performance.

- Manage customer returns, cancellations, and field officer incentives to enhance sales.

- Oversee category-wise margin management, pricing strategies, and inventory efficiency.

- Optimize warehouse, logistics, and operational costs while ensuring vendor contract alignment.

- Develop KPI dashboards, forecast costs, and manage working capital allocation.

- Partner with category, procurement, and operations teams to drive financial strategies.

- Ideal candidates should have strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

- CA or MBA in Finance.

- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar business finance role.

- Experience in business partnering across sales, category, and operations.

- Advanced skills in Excel and reconciliation.

- Proficiency in SQL/Power BI preferred.

- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, with adaptability to changing business needs.
