Job Description: Business Finance

We are seeking a dynamic Business Finance professional to drive revenue management, category profitability, cost optimization, and financial forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-own sales targets and analyze demand vs. sales to optimize revenue performance.

Manage customer returns, cancellations, and field officer incentives to enhance sales.

Oversee category-wise margin management, pricing strategies, and inventory efficiency.

Optimize warehouse, logistics, and operational costs while ensuring vendor contract alignment.

Develop KPI dashboards, forecast costs, and manage working capital allocation.

Partner with category, procurement, and operations teams to drive financial strategies.

Ideal candidates should have strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

- CA or MBA in Finance.

- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar business finance role.

- Experience in business partnering across sales, category, and operations.

- Advanced skills in Excel and reconciliation.

- Proficiency in SQL/Power BI preferred.

- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, with adaptability to changing business needs.
