Business Finance Professional

We are seeking a business finance professional to join core team. This is more than just a jobits a high-impact role with a clear path to be a part of finance leadership within a few years.

Work Requirements:

- Drive capital planning, budgeting, and financial modeling

- Be the go-to finance person for the founders and provide strategic insightsyes, youll be in the room where it all happens

- Handle investor relations and fundraising strategy

- Work with suppliers, manage cost efficiency, and generate new business

- Own the numbers, the dashboards, the insightsend-to-end

Eligibility:

- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or economics (CA, CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred)

- 5+ years of financial management experience (better if youre from the manufacturing sector)

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Tally, and a strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs.
