Responsibilities :

- Business Finance Manager with leadership mindset driving financial performance and value creationAs part of Business Finance, you will help empower people, enable decision making and create the agility that will strengthen the competitive edge.

- You will take part in setting and driving the financial agenda for the divisional and regional performance.

- Working very closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services and Business Development applying the 'CFO mindset' to ensure value creation. Your responsibilities and activities are broad-ranging and can include:

- Act as Business Partner and trusted financial advisor the sales VP of one of the fastest growing regions in and support the regional presidencyOwn and drive financial planning processes (budgets and forecasts) on sales, profitability and resource allocation for the VP area

- Drive Value Steering for the division and business reviews with focus on telling the story of the performance of the business area including key dilemmas to be addressedBusiness controlling, mainly on a strategic and tactical level for the area you support

- Facilitating sales opportunity discussions, analysis of new revenue streams (e.g. R&D pipeline) and facilitation of the optimal allocation of resources and investmentsActively contributing to strategy development and ad hoc finance- and business projects in the region and/or globally
