Business Finance Partner (8-15 yrs)
Business Finance Manager with CFO mindset driving financial performance and value creation
As part of Business Finance, you will help empower people, enable decision making and create the agility that will strengthen competitive edge. You will take part in setting and driving the financial agenda for the divisional and regional performance. Furthermore, you will be part of the relevant leadership team(s) to ensure that financial input for the strategic agenda and execution is brought to the table.
In this role you'll make an impact by -
Working very closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services and Business Development applying the 'CFO mindset' to ensure value creation. Your responsibilities and activities are broad-ranging and can include:
- Act as Business Partner and trusted financial advisor the sales VP of one of the fastest growing regions in and support the regional presidency
- Own and drive financial planning processes (budgets and forecasts) on sales, profitability and resource allocation for the VP area
- Drive Value Steering for the division and business reviews with focus on telling the story of the performance of the business area including key dilemmas to be addressed
- Business controlling, mainly on a strategic and tactical level for the area you support
- Facilitating sales opportunity discussions, analysis of new revenue streams (e.g. R&D pipeline) and facilitation of the optimal allocation of resources and investments
- Actively contributing to strategy development and ad hoc finance- and business projects in the region and/or globally
To succeed as Business Finance Manager you possess the following:
- Controller role in a leading company) with a proficient financial toolbox. With the right mindset you could also be Financial Controller with the desire to join the field of finance business partnering
- Experience working with CXO level executives or senior leaders, pereferable in a global setup wth exceptional ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications (E.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and hands on with digital BI tools is preferred (e,g, Tableau, Power BI)
