Working days : Monday to Friday, Normal day shift, No Cab facility

Team: Finance and Accounts

Reporting to: Finance Head

Role requirement:

- We need someone who has worked in accounts and finance only but did work of contract reviewing and managing

- Handle commercial contracts ( fixed value /variable value, price books, min guarantees etc) in SaaS businesses

- Maintain organized files for each contract, including the original contract, relevant correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, and clarifications

- Knowledge of revenue scheduling process is hugely beneficial. Experience with salesforce or other CRM software is beneficial

- Good level of communication ( written / oral) with both external and internal stakeholders

- Report process compliance, deviation from revenue schedule and actual invoices and credits/exceptions

- Understand accounting GAAP, definition etc. also have some practical knowledge

- Excel knowledge must.
