Business Finance Manager - IIM

Hiring: Business Finance Manager.

Location: Gurgaon.

Experience: 58 years.

Education: MBA from IIM (mandatory).

Hike: Up to 35% on current CTC.

Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday and Sunday fixed off).

Shift: General day shift.

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic professional to join as a Business Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate will lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Business Finance Intelligence functions, while also supporting investor reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage financial models to support strategic business decisions.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, business performance reporting, and financial planning.

- Analyze operational data, margins, and cost drivers to guide leadership decisions.

- Oversee audits, tax filings, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance.

- Manage cash flow, vendor payments, and expense controls.

- Present reports and insights to senior management and external stakeholders.

- Use Power BI/Tableau to generate MIS dashboards and insights.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBA from IIM (mandatory).

- 58 years of experience in business finance or FP&A roles.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

- Hands-on experience in financial tools and reporting software.
