Business Finance Manager - CA - FMCG (8-13 yrs)
Our Client :
Leading Conglomerate from North Africa having multiple leading businesses including trading, manufacturing looking at hiring a Business Finance Manager to be based in Sudan.
Your role :
- Our client a company growing at a rapid pace by continuously evolving their "thought', "strategy" and their way of engaging with internal and external stakeholders. They are looking for a mature Business Finance to join their finance team and support the Head of Finance for the journey ahead.
- You should be able to lead financial and commercial analysis in the business.
- Should be hands on in business analytics to facilitate decision making and work on the value drivers for profitable growth.
- You'll be working closely with the Head of Finance checking & assessing the value drivers and developing business analytics to facilitate decision-making.
- Also you'll work closely with the Financial Accounting Group to provide standard costs and also to understand actual cost movement, inventory adjustments, inventory losses, overhead variances, etc.
- You'll be responsible to carry out a critical analysis of the business results and functional costs and review performance against the Annual Operating Plan.
Must Have :
- Qualified CA, 8+ Years of experience.
- The business landscape headquartered out of Sudan the finance department supporting this huge business enterprise is substantial, there is a growth plan in place and it is in the implementation phase.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a MUST.
- Analytical skills, Strong interpersonal skills,
- Pragmatic and resilient; comfortable working in an unusual location.
- Gravitas and very strong leadership skills are important.
- Proven ability to develop and lead a large finance function.
