Job Designation - Business Finance Manager

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to support business decision-making.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

3. Reports and Dashboard: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, highlighting financial performance and areas of improvement.

4. Cost Management: Monitor and analyse costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

5. Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning processes by providing financial insights and scenario analysis

6. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling as needed to support strategic projects and initiatives.

7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE & DESIRED SKILL SETS

- CA - 2020/2021 batch with 3+ years' work experience (post qualification) in Business Finance in FMCG/Manufacturing /Pharma set-up of reputed firm

- Proficiency in financial modelling, advanced Excel skills and experience with financial ERP.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights

- Ability to work in unstructured and complex environment

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
