Position - Business Finance Manager

(EXPERIENCE IN A RAPIDLY GROWING STARTUP IS MANDATORY)

Experience - 5 to 7 years

CTC - 28 - 35 Lakhs plus variable pay

Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

As a Business Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading overall financial planning, and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management and overall financial strategy.

2. Consistently analyzing financial data, managing the finance team and presenting financial reports to management.

3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization

4. Identify and understand business challenges; propose and implement solutions.

5. Constantly suggest ideas for improvement and process optimization

6. Annual Budget consolidation, Monitoring the variance.

7. Working closely with the sales team with the onboarding of new clients. Analyzing customer-level ROI.

8. Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.

9. Overseeing the monthly financial close and reporting, including reporting to the board and other external reporting requirements.

10. Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals.

Candidate Profile:

1. Masters in Finance, MBA or CA with prior experience of working in a RAPIDLY GROWING STARTUP.

2. 5 to 7 years of experience in handling business finance.

3. Previous experience in the Staffing business and will be an add-on.

4. Solid analytical and decision-making skills

5. Managed and scaled processes in prior experience.

6. Highly motivated, Self-starter, and entrepreneurial attitude.

7. Should have excellent communication skills and knowledge of grievance handling, MSOffice with sound knowledge of G-Suite tools for compiling, interpreting, and communicating all quality-related information internally as well as to the client.
