Business Finance Controller - IT Services Firm - CA

We are currently retained by a leading IT Services Company to hire a Financial Controller. This is a leadership role and needs someone with the right experience and expertise.

This role will offer you a great opportunity to lead the various aspects of financial controllership and support various business units on business finance. You will be responsible for monitoring the business indicators of the region and providing the CFO and leadership team the overall picture of P&L.

The major focus of this role will be to perform financial analysis, develop financial planning processes and design and implement overall business plans.

The role would include:

- Financial planning, budgeting & preparation of entire India P&L

- Financial analytics & benchmarking

- Managing company's MFRP reporting for each month.

- Ensure proper functioning of the accounting system, company policies and procedures, and internal control for the accounting process

- Financial Reporting

- Statutory compliances

- Take responsibility of controllership of the business.

- Managing a team of financial analysts

Required Skills & Attributes:

- At least 10+ years of experience in Finance post CA.

- High-level understanding of strategy & operations in a professional services set-up.

- In-depth knowledge of financial law and risk management practices.

- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

- Strong hands-on India's P&L

- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.

- Relationship Management.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Well organized and self-directed.

- To fit the bill you must be a CA with 10+ years of experience in working on India P&L preparation, reviews and monitoring DSO activities. You must have been in a financial controllership role for at least one year.

- You must have a strong analytics and reporting experience.
