Business Finance Controller - IT

Business Control :

- Interface with other support functions like Legal, Pricing, Payrolling, Commercial on Contracts, Invoicing etc.

- Work with Business heads to optimize the productivity of all resources at the branches and to create more revenue generating resources.

- Review compliances achievement periodically and work out action plan with Business heads to ensure compliance achievement.

- Review and monitor Sales Outstanding, review provision for uncollected receivables regularly with Commercial and Business teams.

- Support in preparation and review of budgets for the business verticals with Business heads.

- Preparation of quarterly forecasts for the Business lines with business heads.

- Review monthly P&L statements, compare performance with budgets and forecasts, identify areas of improvement with Business heads and follow up on action plan.

- Having an Analytical control on all costs and bring about cost rationalisation.

- Preparation of presentations, analysis to support top management towards Group

- Market intelligence and analysis of competition

- Discuss with business heads of each verticals to discuss the branch P&L and resolve the issues/concern raised by branch/vertical on their P&L

- Participate in the monthly call by management with business vertical and discuss the performance of vertical

- Directly take responsibility for controllership of perm businesses

Reporting:

- Responsible for MFRP reporting for each month end

- Responsible for weekly associates number reporting to global finance team

- Prepare, distribute timeline for book closure at month end and follow up with stakeholder for the same

- Responsible for accounting, reconciling and confirming intercompany transactions

- Overall responsibility to prepare branch P&L for each month and review the branch P&L prepared by business finance team

- Issue various analytical reports to management/business

- Innovate reporting, reports and business approach
