Business Finance Controller - IT

- Finance control, general accounting; timely closure of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, financial reporting and compliances.

- AP and AR management

- Improve P2P / O2C margins

- Undertake accounting system processes with accounting and taxation teams for Beetel and Airtel

- Complete digitization of records. Automate robust micro analysis including cost-center, vertical profitability

- Banking and cash / treasury Management including LC to vendors

- Manage F/X and hedging costs

- Ad-hoc reporting / MIS activities.

- Monitor / report monthly operating results against the budget. Improve P&L, review business cases, and enhance projections

- Support Vertical head in developing new delivery models

- Statutory including FEMA compliances and filings. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws and internal policies & procedures. Manage regulatory issues and track relevant regulations, circulars & deadlines

- Co-ordinating and preparing schedules for various audits and certifications. Prepare reports, recons and trackers. Support and help on audits and controls.

Requirements:

- CA / Finance MBA from top tiered school

- 5 - 12 years of work experience in Finance Control, Taxation and F&A

- Preference to candidates with experience with similar roles in Telecom / similar industry
