Business/Finance Controller - CA - Plant Site - FMCG

Designation: Business / Finance Controller - Plant Site

Location: 200 KM from Bangalore

This position will report functionally to CFO, and Administratively to Business Head.

Education & Experience and KRA

CA with First attempt (Two Group in First Attempt is Mediatory) with First Class pass out in 10th, 12th & B.com with 10+ years experienced resource.

Job description:

a) Will be operating as head finance for location overseeing operations of the located in Karnataka.

b) Ensures business partnering and managing key deliverables along with head of operations, leading key performance initiatives and driving strategic decisions for the operating location.

c) Focus on improvement areas for improving business performance and participating in strategic initiatives at site.

d) Participate in Commercial negotiations (including logistics and supply chain)

e) Responsible for business plans, forecasting and preparing estimates, ensuring Cost analysis and variance analysis, Capex

f) Responsible for budgetary controls over costs, capex and managing strict cost controls, lean balance sheet and control operations free cash flow

g) Managing internal audits and site related queries and explanations including inventory variations

h) Ensuring site level controls and compliances, including stock and stores controls, Working capital controls and ensuring statutory compliances

i) Supporting MIS team in timely preparation accounting and reporting with top quality reporting and accounting, managing inventory accounting and revenue recognition

j) Supporting Execution of IFC / SOX / Process controls and gap remediation through operational reviews. k) Managing automation initiatives
