Job Characteristics :
The jobholder has following primary responsibilities :
- Lead the continuous improvement process with respect to productivity, quality, cost, delivery and safety
- Ensuring uniform understanding of business / process excellence practices / model and ensuring maximum employee participation in improvement projects, at all levels
Key Responsibilities:
1. To plan, coordinate and monitor activities for various management system certifications
2. To enhance employees knowledge about business / process excellence model, quality tools ad drive front-end & back-end business and operational excellence projects
3. To define and enforce consistent process deployment across the organization and ensuring efficient integration of processes
4. To act as customer advocate for identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement
5. To motivate and encourage employees to participate in improvement projects
6. To introduce new tools, methods and techniques for effective monitoring and measurement of process performance
7. To benchmark with other industry business excellence and performance management practices
8. Review of the Kaleidoscope, PESTLE and Capability analysis for the organization and sharing the same with Senior Leadership Team on a half yearly basis
9. Mentor the Innowar process through formation of a cross functional team of mentors and ensure adoption of ideas by functions
10. Formulation of ST and LT Strategy through Functional Strategy workshop and Annual Strategy Meet
11. Deployment of Strategy through Corporate BSC and Strategy Deployment Matrix across all functions
12. Review of strategic initiatives on a quarterly basis and update management on the progress along with suggested interventions
