Business Excellence Leaders for a very large and renowned continuous process based company. Engineers with minimum 9 years of experience and expertise in six sigma. Experience in handling excellence processes in production, manufacturing, supply chain etc.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for delivering Business Impact by improving utility processes, identifying & driving energy/ water conservation projects.

- Help implement a culture of continuous improvement in Utility areas by leading all BE Initiatives in Utility plants - 5S & TPM; problem solving, drive cost reduction/ value creation projects, identify new cost reduction opportunities year on year; facilitate project management involving all stakeholders

- Establish energy audit mechanism & conduct energy audits; support identifying & facilitating projects for cost reduction & technological advancement in utilities to improve efficiencies, reduce losses & improve measurement systems across all LSI mfg. sites

- Prepare service utilities system diagram, knowledge on motor survey, insulation & lighting survey with portable instruments, load variation of pumps, fans, compressors, boiler & furnace efficiencies, energy & material balance, energy loss/ waste analysis

- Help in analyzing and monitoring field data/ norms related to energy usage, compare existing energy consumption levels to normative data, cost variance, key operational metric to ensure that they remain within budget;
