Business Excellence Leader - HRO Domain - BPO/ITeS (14-24 yrs)
Candidate expectation:
- Minimum 14 + Years leaders from BPS Industry, preferably 3rd party BPO or Leading Captive from HRSS Domain experience, BB or MBB Certified leaders with hands on Process excellence and Process Improvement space for large HRO Operations,
- Should have been part of Critical Transformation projects of High Impact.
- Should have driven good Re-engineering projects
- Strong in Six Sigma Lean methodologies
- Exhibit very good stake holder management skills
- Complete understanding for Hire to Retire operations is keep desirable aspect
- Analytical Ability Problem solving skills Project Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong change management and Leadership skills
- Consulting experience will be added advantage

- To spear head and lead the Operations excellence, process excellence for Global HRO operations for multiple Accounts - Golden/platinum accounts
- Driving Process automation in HRO DOmain
- Mentoring Six Sigma, lean and other process improvement projects
- Proactively managing accounts risks related to quality, productivity and delivery
- Responding to RFI and RFPs
- Supporting implementation of CMMi practices
