The right candidate for this role will have the fine balance of Business and Technology experience.

Educational & Experience:

- MBA/Engineer (Sales & Marketing) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution [Regular only]

- Experience in Lean Tools like VSM, Kaizen etc. / Six Sigma

- Exposure to SAP, SharePoint and CRM & CLM solutions

- Around 6-12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Digital Marketing / SFE

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the current business including Marketing, Sales, Finance & HR and enable business outcomes using appropriate Process Improvements and Technology platforms

- Work to improve Marketing Effectiveness using suitable technology platform viz. SAP / SharePoint

- Leveraging Digital Marketing to enable business outcomes

- Digital Tools/New age solution understanding or experience

- Work with SFE team, Marketing, Finance and HR functions to improve Sales Force Productivity through sales force systems and allied applications

- Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Business Benefit Realization

- Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners

- Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value

Key Personal Attributes:

- Result oriented and with a work ethic of delivering on-time and in scope

- Strong interpersonal, consultative and management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders within and without organization

- Business focused, customer & service minded and confident in advising, developing and articulating solutions
