Business Doctors - Lead - Corporate Finance/Investment Banking

Looking for Investment Banking/Corporate Finance Lead for a leading incubation and strategic advisor company to be based out of Mumbai.

The candidate should ideally have at least 7-10 years of experience of working end to end on deals in a sector agnostic environment. He/ She should have strong network in VC/PE space with multiple successful transaction closures. Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or structuring would be an added advantage.

The candidate would be required to:

- Work end to end on fund raising activities for portfolio companies - VC/ PE/ IPO

- Work with the team towards building investor collaterals

- Advise and implement on matters related corporate finance, transaction structuring, etc.

- Identify suitable opportunities for M&A, partnership, JVs, etc.

- Ensure transaction readiness of each portfolio company at all times

- Build the team for corporate finance function in the business

- Support management in business development activities

- Assist in raising funds for AIF
