Job Title / Designation : Business Director / SBU Head - Culture Analytics, Talent Fit Software, HR Solutions - Mumbai - Semi Entrepreneurial opportunity The Client (About the Group / Organization) : This operation is a new division / venture : Focused on AI based Human Capital / People Productivity solutions / Consulting The initial offering is a cloud / AI based software for Talent / Culture Analytics, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management leading to Culture &amp; ROI transformation - Enhanced productivity / performance The Group is a constituent member of Global TOP 40 Executive Search network The Assignment (The Role / Job Description) : To independently set up, manage, service and support - the business in the designated geography in India a) Business Development, Sales Service and Coordination as the SBU Head for a defined geography b) Facilitate enrolment of corporate clients for self-assessments, talent fit, culture management by pitching with the CEO- s/Leadership teams c) Organize and manage service delivery including coordination with the Integration &amp; Implementation teams and Transformation Consultants as and when necessary d) Market survey to identify potential clients make a business pitch to the client CEO- s e) Deal with multiple stakeholders of prospective clients for coordination f) Develop &amp; maintain strong relationships with CEO- s/CHRO- s/Sales Directors g) P&amp;L Responsibility The Person (Candidate Details) : A) Experience : i) Around 45 yrs (+/- 5 yrs) ii) Male / Female iii) Graduate + MBA preferred. iv) At least 5 years of Division / Regional / P&amp;L head - Sales &amp; Service experience, experience in selling software solutions/HR Solutions - Strong connects with CEOs/CHROs / Sales Directors Exposure to HR Tech, Consulting / Assessment analytics / Talent fitment and productivity/ Performance enhancement/Transformation/HR Software / Staffing will be an advantage v) Managed Business Development as a SBU Head- also New Businesses - B2B vi) Entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable.
