About the role :

- Reports into the Founder/CEO

- Will have a direct reporting of 4-5 business functions

- Responsible for handling strategy and operations

- Establish Company Policies

- Oversees Budgets and Financial Activities

- Identify Cost-Cutting Measures

- Develop a business development plan and strategy 

- P&L responsibility

- The role will have financial management, expansion, and client engagement as key deliverable.

Candidate Profile :

- MBA from a good institute

- The ideal candidate needs to have displayed the ability to build a robust sales channel as the firm looks to scale pan India.

- The incumbent should have a high level of EQ and managed cross location teams with 13+ yrs of experience.

- Extensive travel would be required.
