Job Title - Business Director Supervisor - Managing Director

Our client is looking for Business Director based out of Mumbai office.

The Business Director is responsible for Business management, client reporting and overall fiscal health of the key accounts.

This role is heavily engaged in strategic planning to oversee all execution, team's multiple lines of business, developing and executing synergistic solutions which help clients to grow their business and gain market share.

The key functional expectations:

- Supervise operations to ensure deliverables are met.

- Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients

- Ability to control scope, budgets and timelines

- Manage all Relationship Marketing and digital marketing elements including but not limited to: digital advertising, content development, and destination development, strategic partnerships & Data Marketing

- Ability to develop a vision for the client of where they must be and a phased roadmap to attain the vision

- Managerial Responsibilities

- Conduct interim performance discussions, proactively engages team members to understand performance issues and to give support and guidance.

Consistently communicates to the team the progress across brands.

- Actively, looks for ways to grow their team's skills, while seeking out talent for the agency, while fostering group adhesion and loyalty to the agency

Guide staff through appropriate changes; keep staff informed and develop strategies for dealing with resistance to change.
