As a Business Development - Strategy, you will be responsible for assessing the business case for valuation and financial modeling of RE opportunities
What you will do :
- Conducting primary market and secondary research across RE asset classes (Commercial, Residential etc)
- Communicating business case, market research findings through powerpoint presentations
- Responsible for business development and building a pipeline of opportunities/deals in the real estate sector
Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- RE experience with a solid understanding of Delhi property market and preferably a couple of other cities.
- Experience with Big developers will be preferred
- Doing valuation for commercial real estate
- Experience of structuring JDA/DM kind of model in Commercial and/or Residential space
- Willingness to travel pan India
- MBA finance - Good pedigree
