This is a key role for Randstad India.
We are recruiting seasoned Business Development professionals with experience in HR solution selling. This role shall support our Recruiting business in Mumbai i.e. Contingent & Search.
1) Identifying and Onboarding potential clients.
2) The role will be responsible for driving sales through solution selling and shall carry a Revenue target.
3) This Individual has to work closely with clients, conceptualise and design various solution offerings to win clients.
4) The position involves heavy engagement with clients and internal stake holders.
5) The role requires interaction with key decision makers i.e. CXO and CHRO, hence previous experience with similar domain is preferred.
6) The role would be involved in financial negotiations with clients and internal stakeholders.
7) Passionate leader who has the ability to develop and foster relationships.
