Responsibilities:
- Meet the sales target of the HORECA & Institutional Channel for multiple products.
- Open more markets & outlets for HORECA & Institutional Channels.
- Ensure timely collection of stocks sold.
- Track competition & build sales plan for next quarter, year & next 3 years.
- Provide inputs on Quality, Forecast (daily, monthly & quarterly) & Pricing.
- To grow the company's market share.
Skill-set:
- Experience in selling products to the HoReCa segment.
- Business Development
- Market Research
- Customer profiling
- Planning sales strategy
- Knowledge of ERP sap
- MS office
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualification: MBA or PG (Sales & Marketing) / Graduate (Any)
Experience: 2+ years
