Job Position: Business Development for Insurance Domain (Sales Hunter)

Job Summary: We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and focused individual with an experienced background and proven sales track record in a sales & business development role to join one of the leading IT companies within their US operation

The role is very focused on selling our case study-supported value proposition and platform-based insurance solutions whilst carrying a revenue quota based on our sales plan. This is Pure play Hunter role in Insurance vertical.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This role requires extensive experience in direct sales and new client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience selling software, services and IT-based Solutions to the Insurance Industry.

Experience selling to large Insurance Clients - Life and/or P&C

Understanding business domain; current industry initiatives; challenges the large insurers are facing today.

A proven track record in a sales role and a good network of contacts in the insurance sector across US.

Ability of working cross functionality within Insurance segments and US multi state environment;

Independent and result focused personality with excellent communicational and social competencies

Deal closer

Credibility to interact at senior management levels and the ability to network with key influencers in targeted accounts

Prior experience selling a global delivery model for delivery of Information Technology services

Should have handled accounts of 1 Million to 10 Million USD

Required Skills

Minimum 8+ years of experience in the sales of services in an international environment;

Willingness to travel.

Ideal background is a BS/MS in software/technology; followed by an MBA

Experience in Selling in Insurance Space

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor degree

Relevant Experience: 8+ Years
