Business Development, West India| North India Strategic Consulting - The candidate will be mainly responsible for Business Development for Consulting practices across West India plus oversee the execution of Converted assignments. - Support the India Head of Consulting in Business Development activities - Identifying clients proactively who would require real estate advisory services (best use studies, feasibility studies, location consultancy, financial viability analyses, and all advisory and consulting services related to real estate sector) - Preparing client pitches and presentations. - Assist in managing the overall BD and sales process, maintaining regular contact with your stakeholders to keep pursuits moving ahead. - Secure Real estate advisory assignments and collaborate with various teams for execution - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
