Business Development - Staffing

Job purpose:

1. Good network of clients signed in Bangalore/ South

2. Experience in professional staffing ( Pharma/ FMCG or Healthcare) or high margin general staffing

3. Experience in Semi managed / Managed business - Retail / RPO or trade marketing services , Sales of advertising / digital marketing services will also work

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Market research using suitable tools and processes to identify potential clients.

- Lead generation and closure as per weekly/monthly sales/revenue target.

- Rigorous follow up for new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Work closely with Subject Matter Expert for developing strategy of business.

- File weekly promotion and business activities report as per company norms

- Overseeing the development of assigned accounts.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

- Keep records of sales revenue, invoices, etc.

- Build long term relationship with new and existing clients.

- Create awareness and usage of company's products by the customers with high impact communication withveffective / proper usage of given marketing inputs.

- Regularly provide feedback to the company on competitor's activities.

- Internal / external stake holder management

- Key Account Management

Skill Set:

- Good communication skills both verbal and written

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Solution selling and bidding capabilities including technology backed outcome based programs

- Good negotiation skills

- Continuously demonstrate thought leadership through and staying up to speed on industry/solution news and distributing to the right influencers

- Ability to research and understand competitive positioning and suggest effective competitive differentiation

- Excellent sales / business development exposure in the Pharma and healthcare space

- Open to extensive travel

- High energy levels and speed of action
