Business Development Role - Sales & Operations - Home Services Business (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1) Handling team of 10-12 on roll field people to drive sales
2) Supply Onboarding for the all Home Service Categories
3) NPS (delivering amazing customer experience)
Certain requirements for CM role
1. Already working in a startup is a big plus although not mandatory.
2. Should have done any sort of sales/BD in past since this role primarily requires driving sales through field people
3. Should have worked in a fast paced environment like startups since this role will require speed to execute things quickly.
4. Looking for Home Services - Painting, cleaning, like UC
5. 10% traveling in this role
6. Start-up experience - Sales(Mandatory), Field sales, Business Development, Operation experience
