Business Development Role - Real Estate (7-16 yrs)

Business Development - Real Estate


- Deal Origination - Establishing and building relationships with Developers, Investors and Landlords

- Deal Analysis - Detailed financial modeling, examining various financial structures and recommendations outlining potential financing opportunities

- Deal Execution - Negotiation of transaction terms, coordination of due diligence & facilitation of transaction closure

- Market Research - Track economic market conditions & regulatory environment and to identify opportunities

- Preparation of pitch books and RFP responses for advisory & underwriting services to issue bonds for infrastructure projects

- Financial modelling including scenario analysis to arrive at minimum cost of capital

- Providing support for due diligence and documentation to senior bankers during transaction execution

- Market research to identify new opportunities and to improve the financial structure of existing clients

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Investment in Real Estate /Banking/Private Equity/ Financial Services/IPC/Capital Markets experience required

- Established client relationships in Bangalore, preferably with Real Estate companies - Extensive Team player

- MBA - Finance /CA preferred,

- Exposure to Media is preferred but not a show stopper

- Should have client-facing experience
