Role : Business Development - IT Solution Sales/Digital Transformation Sales/Robotic Process Automation Sales
Responsibilities :
1) Develop effective sales strategy into IT Solution Sales/Digital Transformation Sales.
2) Drive new pursuit accounts by identifying and closing professional contract
3) Proven experience of working with domestic clients; identifying their problems and conceptualizing with clients for digital solutions to solve the problems.
4) Identify and open new accounts; Interact on an on-going basis with potential clients via phone, email, and/or in-person
5) Identify markets, clients and generate leads; develop active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet quarterly and annual quota
6) Handle multiple client engagements / portfolio of engagements simultaneously
7) Follow ups on internal leads generated from multiple marketing events
8) Develop positive relationship with new clients; understand their needs and business objectives
9) Work closely with the solution team to develop proposals and present them to the client
10) Acquires and maintains a working knowledge of the Digital capabilities
Criteria:
1) 7 - 14 years prior experience in consulting or services sale's role; this includes proven track record of selling in the domestic market
2) Bachelor's degree with a preferred MBA
3) Ability to rapidly assess customer environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and effectively prioritize opportunities for growth.
4) Self-starter, motivator, go getter with strong drive with effective planning and time management skills.
5) Ability to work independently as well as drive a cross-functional team towards key budget milestone
6) Ability to anticipate problems and recommend innovative digital solutions
7) Excellent team building, verbal, and written communication skills
8) Strong executive presence and presentation expertise.
