Business Development - IT Equipment & Fit-out Leasing - Prospect and convert capex opportunities into opex in mid & large corporate segment. - Lead, generate and implement demand generation activities by liaising with OEMs, vendors, IPCs, banks and NBFCs to offer renting solutions to their customers. - Understanding financials and business model of prospects in order to structure and offer a customized financial solution to meet their expectations and approvals to close the deal. - Co-ordination with internal operations team, client and vendor to ensure smooth operations - Experience in selling Equipment finance and leasing solutions to mid and large corporates. - Strong corporate network and relationship with technology partners, OEM's, IPC, contractors and developers, banks, NBFCs. - Customer/Vendor management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our and our customers/partners business. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
