- Ideally you have worked in a HR-tech company and have sold to the HR function - Overall experience if 5 to 10 years in Sales within the Indian market - You have dealt with both large and small deals - Own the full sales cycle from lead to close. Help educate customers on the value of Hyreo and its solutions - Own and manage sales managers to identify customer needs to ensure customer success with special emphasis on winning new customers. - Understand and analyse customer's needs; current challenges. - Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate values. - Collaborate with other members of the team (product, customer success managers, leadership, etc.) to build strategic adoption plans for customers - Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases. - Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
