Business Development Role - Digital Media & Entertainment Firm (3-6 yrs)

FIRM: Digital media and entertainment firm

LOCATION : Hyderabad

ROLE: Business Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.

- Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers and partnership opportunities.

- Identify any new partnership avenues such as Device OEMs, ISP providers which helps increasing the reach of the firm

- Provide regular feedback to Top Level management about marketplace and competitor activity.

- Own the entire lifecycle from creating a business proposal to closing the deal to execution

- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.

- Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.

- Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.

- Respond to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.

- Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge

Requirements

- 3-6 years of business development experience preferably with digital-first companies

- Creative mindset with good analytical abilities

- Should be highly data driven, displaying strong analytical skills, in assessing impact of decisions and in planning marketing strategies and execution.

- Up to date with latest trends business and marketing best practices

- Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively both as an individual and in a team environment
