The position is with a NBFC for their Corporate Banking segment - MBA preferably from Tier 1 Institutes / CA preferably First Attempt - Min 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking Segment of a Bank or a NBFC either in Emerging Corporate or Large Corporate or Structured finance - Excellent Communication, Presentation Skills - Excellent Credit Appraisal Skills Responsibilities : - Acquire New Fund based Business - Deliver growth in overall business through the development of all key distribution channels - direct, indirect and reference - Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines - Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with business representatives - Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level - Collate all necessary documentation to complete the lending process and transfer the file to the risk management team - Participate in negotiations between the risk management team and the customer, if any - Communicate the final terms of lending and process sanction letters, security formalities and other documentation - Maintain consistently high service standards and customer satisfaction levels through periodic engagement - Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a selective basis only - Collect customer feedback and communicate this to senior management to assist in the creation of innovative new solutions
