MUST HAVES : - Have a demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets whilst selling high-end bespoke/consultative services selling to corporate clients; - Have experience in the entire value-chain of services, including product design, profitability analysis, pricing, marketing, business development, partnerships, operations - and sales; - Possess recent and relevant experience with an entity in the business of providing executive development / learning &amp; development interventions to corporate clients; - Progressive work experience with leadership organisations, punctuated with significantly long tenures and career growth within the same organization; - Have impeccable education including a Bachelor's degree in the natural sciences, humanities, or engineering from a nationally- reputed university/institute; and a Master's degree in business administration, finance, or international relations from an internationally reputed university/institute.
