Business Development Role - Capital Markets & Private Equity Transaction Advisory - Investment Banking

Job Responsibility:

Successful applicants having 2-5 years of experience will work directly alongside senior investment bankers and support deal origination efforts across Capital Markets and Private Equity transaction advisory

There will be active involvement in workstreams, including:

- Identifying Potential business for fundraising and advisory

- Setting up Meeting with prospective clients after preliminary analysis of Companies

- Undertaking market research and analysis;

- Deliver Presentation understanding the business needs.

- Preparing and producing presentation materials such as pitch books, investor collaterals (teasers and information memoranda), transaction documents and client board notes; and

- Developing, building and working on valuations materials including financial models, comparable analysis, etc.;

Qualification:

Candidates with one (or more) of the following will be considered:

- Chartered Accountants;

- CFA;

- MBA (Finance)

- Candidates without the above but with prior (both pre and post-MBA) investment banking/ valuation/ management consulting background and excellent academic background will also be considered
