KRA:
- Key Result Areas Shouldering the entire responsibilities of Sales Marketing & Distribution strategy for all channels
- Mapping and identification of new trade areas.
- Expansion of Brokers network
- Finalization of sites
- Coordination with legal & Liaisoning consultants for feasibility
- Managing P&L
- Responsible for sales and marketing strategy development, product planning, profit, revenue targets and market share targets
- Spearheading entire gamut of operations related to Modern Trade Sales
- Formulating modern sales strategy & ambitious growth plans in-line with business strategy
- Administering infrastructure development, team management & process implementation, activation of new channels, micro marketing plans and new launch.
- Maintaining sales records and other MIS reports for inventory control; tracking segment-wise inventory level
