Job : - Business Development Manager/Senior Manager

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager - for the {Executive search Organization} Ludhiana (Punjab), who will work with management team to identify appropriate business opportunities from new and existing clients. They will also work with this team to propose solutions for existing clients and win business from new clients.

Salary Range: 4-12 LPA

Roles and responsibility :

- Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, etc.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to develop new businesses.

- Maintain a database of business development opportunities and prospect pipeline information.

- Monitor and analyze current market conditions for clients.
