Business Development Manager

- We are currently hiring for a Sales & Marketing role for a MNC in commodities. They have a vacancy in Nagpur. I have put the notes on the role below.

- Age profile to be from 26 to 32 years. Minimum 2 years of Post MBA work experience.

- Needs to be fluent in written and spoken English.

- The job does not involve significant travel out of the city but involves meeting customers for 4-6 hours a day in the city. It is not a desk job. We do not have an office in either location so the candidate must be comfortable with a home office where he does not receive people but would spend a few hours a day working on emails and/or mobile.

- Reasonable history of job stability required.

- Required to be able to speak Hindi as many customers are businessmen who have made their way up starting from the bottom and are not comfortable conversing in Hindi . We don't have a marked preference for North and West Indians so South Indians exposed to the North or West and who speak Hindi are perfectly fine.

Compensation Details :

- Salary range of Rs 10 to 15 lakhs.

- Attractive and transparent numbers based annual pay-out incentives policy directly linked to the P&L of the company. The incentive can range from 40% to 80% over and above the salary.

- Car provided

- Mobile bills paid by the company. All travel expenses are paid by the company.

- Family level medical insurance.

Job Description :

- Generating and maintaining potential new Customers/ Associates database.

- Clear analyses of market trends, pricing, competitor's strategies and development of effective sales promotional strategies.

- Enforce customer credit management and timely payment collection.

- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers.

- Promoting, designing, implementing and developing the product market in all regions of India.

- End-to-end marketing, branding.

- Job requires extensive traveling.

Job Competencies :

- Proven Track Record for achieving Sales Targets.

- Mandatory Knowledge of imports & Shipping related works.

- Business Acumen & Analytical

Skills :

- Negotiation & Influence

- Decision Making

- Intensive Travelling.

Educational Qualification : MBA Marketing from Reputed Universities.
