Business Development Manager - Sales - IT

Business Development job opportunity for self-driven and energetic professional having an experience of IT Sales or Technology Sales to the clients with expertise in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, and catering to the Retail and CPG Clients. Responsiblilties:

- Understanding the requirements of the clients & building a strategic partnership with the C-level and senior executives & Sales Heads and providing them with different solution offerings

- Handling the responsibility of selling Technology/analytics related products to the Retail & CPG clients

- Generating leads & identifying decision makers within targeted leads and initiating the sales process, engaging & following them through to a successful agreement in order to drive revenue

- Handling the existing clients and evaluating sales opportunities for new clients.

- Ensuring sales target and KPI targets are achieved.

- Designing and implementing highest standards of customer service and satisfaction across all areas of business.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, Business Development with expertise in handling Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Chatbot Solutions within the Indian Retail, CPG and FMCG industry/sector

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
