Business Development Manager - Real Estate (6-13 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced real estate leader with strong track-record in Client acquisition and Business Development.

This in an IC role and this position reports to the Chief Business Officer and Head Projects based out of Hyderabad

Deliverables

- Identifying prospects and successfully converting sales opportunities to meet and exceed occupancy targets.

- To build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Fostering an active pipeline, exploring both new and existing market opportunities.

- Take complete ownership of the development and delivery of exceptional sales and tender documents in line with Company standards. Leverage internal specialist support functions (procurement, HR, QHS etc.), local managers and subject matter experts.

- Represent MN Park in Industry events for enhanced brand awareness.

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.

- Support organic growth through the development and execution of a country-wide Business Plan

Job requirements

- Ability to develop a prospect list and a profile for prospective customers for upcoming projects in multiple cities.

- Ability to analyze and interpret various types of complex technical RFP documents e.g. detailed Scopes of Work around Leasing of commercial/ R&D facilities.

- Strong track record of success in winning new business in facilities management, Pharma R&D leasing, Specialty commercial space leasing.

- Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to clients, senior management and/or public groups.

- Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior management, and client groups to take desired action.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

- Self-motivated. Able to priorities demands and make decisions under pressure.

- Any graduate with more than 10 years of experience in Business Development in relevant industry.

- Any prior experience of leasing in Pharma industry will be an added advantage
