We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Pune and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and a solid understanding of industries such as Plywood, Glass, Tiles, or Lighting. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales within these industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients in the Plywood, Glass, Tiles, and Lighting industries.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and drive business growth across the designated markets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
and key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities within the Plywood, Glass, Tiles, and Lighting sectors.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media to identify and qualify new leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the Plywood, Glass, Tiles, or Lighting industries.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and terms effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships.
