Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a proven track record of success in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in solid oral dosage manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth in the European pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Strategy and Expansion:

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the European pharmaceutical markets.

- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and emerging market segments to position the company strategically.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the European pharmaceutical markets.

- Gather market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Understand client needs and align our offerings to meet their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Identify potential partners, distributors, and collaborators in the European region to enhance our market reach and distribution network.

- Negotiate and establish partnerships that are mutually beneficial and contribute to revenue growth.

- Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Lead sales efforts by developing and executing sales strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and contract management.

- Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Marketing).

- A minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on solid oral dosage forms in European Markets.

- Proven track record of successfully expanding market presence and generating revenue in the European pharmaceutical markets.

- In-depth understanding of European pharmaceutical regulations, market dynamics, and industry trends.

- Strong network of contacts within the European pharmaceutical sector.

- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
