Should have experience in media sales, business development, client pitching. Candidates from OOH background would be preferred but we are also open to looking at appropriate candidates from print/BTL background. 2. Should be willing to work within specified Targets and should have previous experience of at least 90% of target achievements 3. Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills and have handled media sales with direct corporate. 4. Candidates would be required to pitch with the high value clients into OOH domain and would be responsible for creating revenue opportunities, target achievement and collections. 5. Should have own database of clients 6. Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible 7. Identifying the key areas for improvement in the sales process Desired profile : - Should have experience of outdoor advertising/ out of home advertising - Experience of managing Corporates - Experience in - Print / OOH / Radio Industry Salary offered: 10 - 12 LPA
