Business Development Manager - Oral Care (4-14 yrs)

The leading oral care producer from Russia is looking for a Regional Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager in India with location in New Delhi.

We are also ready to discuss possible location in Mumbai, Bangalore or Gurgaon.

Our products: toothpastes, junior toothpastes, toothbrushes, dental floss etc.

Main responsibilities:

- Developing business activities in India: leading negotiations with distributors and chains;

- Analyzing oral care market opportunities in India,

- Developing customer base in India;

- Analyzing the necessities of marketing activities, communicating with the central office;

- Sales results analysis, taking part in business planning activities.

Candidate's profile:

- Experienced BDM or RSM Professional;

- Perfect knowledge of Indian FMCG (food or non-food) market (oral care business knowledge is preferable);

- Fluent English language (both written and oral);

- Personal characteristics: self-organized, goal oriented, result-oriented person.
