Business Development Manager - Middle East/SAARC - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Executive Hiring is looking for a Business Development Manager for an FMCG Major, based in Kolkata.
Post Grad in Marketing from Premiere Business School with 8-10 years of robust BD/Sales / Marketing experience in MENA (Middle East and North Africa ) and SAARC Counties in a Large FMCG, managing excellent networks with Distributors' and Channel Decision Makers in high potential countries across the MENA and SAARC.
Job Purpose : Development and implementation of a robust Exports Business Plan in identified geographies
Principle Accountabilities :
- Development of export markets for the Personal Care Products Business from scratch
- Expansion of Business in identified geographies based on sustainable go-to-market approaches
- Responsibility for driving P&L targets keeping in view agreed risk parameters
- Laying down systems and processes for smooth and efficient conduct of Business
- Prospecting for new markets - Identification of Business Opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Collection and analysis of supply/demand dynamics of markets of interest
- Tracking Primary and secondary sales
- Partner management
- Operating Network
- Marketing
- Supply Chain
- Regulatory
- Finance
- External Distributors
Role Requirements :
- Extensive Business Development experience with respect to FMCG products in focus geographies of Middle East and SAARC
- Definitive hands-on experience in developing markets for FMCG products in focus geographies of UAE & Saudi Arabia
- International FMCG marketing in the focus geographies of UAE and Saudi Arabia, and rest of Middle East and SAARC
- Candidate must be well networked with established market players in the focused geographies.
