Job Overview:

As the Business Development Manager - MICE, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales across Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions.

You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, executing high impact corporate programs, and achieving revenue targets by fostering long-term partnerships with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

- Generate leads and develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients.

- Meet and exceed defined business targets through proactive sales efforts.

- Drive corporate leads through networking, events, and campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate stakeholders.

- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent communication and customized offerings.

Program Planning & Execution:

- Provide end-to-end solutions for Incentive trips (Domestic & International), Meetings, Conferences, and Exhibitions.

- Design and deliver adventure-based or experiential learning programs that align with corporate goals and employee engagement strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution and quality delivery of events.

Market & Trend Analysis:

- Stay updated on corporate and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

- Customize offerings based on emerging business needs and market insights.

Strategic Alignment:

- Create and sustain a dynamic environment that aligns business development with brand and marketing strategies.

- Contribute to the strategic planning and positioning of MICE services in the corporate sector.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, event management, or marketing.

- Proven track record in B2B sales or corporate travel/events.

Skills:

- Strong business development, sales, and negotiation capabilities.

- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing methods.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

- Hands-on experience in planning and executing corporate events, meetings, and incentive travel programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the adventure, sports, experiential learning, or corporate L&D space.

- Prior experience in MICE, event management, offline marketing, or corporate travel sales.

- Candidate must possess their own laptop and two-wheeler.
