Purpose of role :

Responsible for generating new leads and establishing potential business from various qualified sources to make a positive revenue contribution

Business Development Manager :

- As a Business Development Manager you would work to improve organization's market position and achieve financial growth, defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

- You will play a key role in pitching, strategizing with and developing new accounts for our loyalty and consumer promotions / engagement segment, by planning persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with us, apart from develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship

- In this client-facing role, you will be called upon to identify new prospective customers, deliver compelling presentations and independently drive marketing initiatives.

- Working closely with the top management and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise solutions across given geographies.

- Candidate with good know-about of consultative selling approach anchored around value creation and problem solving shall be a best fit for the role, also involving extensive collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders including technology partners, and incumbent shall be is responsible for managing new business acquisition across the assigned region(s) both domestic and international.

- Being mid management position it plays an important part in the collaborative efforts of creating organizational policies, programs, communication, and delivering business goals.

- Ability to survive in a fast-paced work environment with little or no help.

- Computer literacy, including competency related to MS-Windows based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for identifying and initiating interactions with right person in the targeted company to take the sales process to closure.

- Identify, analyze, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients

- Lead the effort to identify and formulate winning strategy and oversee preparation of proposals

- Independent establishment of call plans and customer follow-up strategies to generate leads and convert business from large account prospects.

- Responsible for business development - by to mapping and penetrating large new accounts through a solutioning approach and pitching.

- Integrated Business Solution capabilities / capturing and understanding the business case and requirements to propose the right solution.

- Carrying role for solution sales to the corporate markets - for enterprise solutions towards loyalty and promotional programs.

- Responsible for making presentation, drafting project requirement and project plan.

- Negotiate and constructively manage conflicts, effective relationship management and communication skills.

- Build long-term relationship with the existing & new customers.

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers- issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.

- Coordinate and participate in sales, joint marketing boosting initiatives in accordance with the Marketing & Sales Plan
